My Workflow

Sketches are the longest part of my process. If I don't provide you with any updates early on, please feel free to send me a message. However, please keep in mind that sketches take time. Commissions typically take around 7-14 days to complete, depending on my work queue. You can check out my current and finished commissions on my Trello list.

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

General
In case of sharing final projects on social media, websites, or selling merchandise thereof, you must refer to the artist as @nomueraspolilla
The average delivery time will be 7 to 21 business days. Sometimes, more time might be required, in which case “extras” (Stickers, YCH, etc.) will be given as compensation.
The final piece is for commercial use, therefore it can be resold, used for merchandise, or given as a gift, as long as credit is given to the original artist.
It is strictly prohibited to modify, draw or apply filters or any kind of modification over the piece, which might alter the original work.
The reference images must be clear. If they are not, it may affect the final product.
If the reference images are too dark or pale, have shading or colors do not combine harmoniously, the color palette will suffer slight changes.
All pieces, during the whole process, might be used in my portfolio.Payments
Payments will be placed in advance through PayPal. The sketch will not be started until the payment has been placed in its entirety. If needed, a payment plan can be requested.
Any sketch or drawing that is delivered before the full payment has been placed, will have a watermark specific to these situations.Refunds and Changes
Refunds will only be made if the artist cannot complete the project for personal reasons. Provided that the sketch has not been started, there will be a 100% refund.
Before the final delivery of the project, a sketch will be presented. Modifications can only be made during this work stage
Sketches will have 3 (three) modifications free of charge. After the third modification, a minimum of $15 USD will be charged.
Modifications of the final piece can be made, as long as they are small and given no more than 3 (three) working days have passed. Once the date has expired, all modifications of the final work will cost a minimum of $15 USD and a maximum of half the final price of the piece. Every case is different, so first, you will have to reach out to us to get a quotation.
Refunds will not be made once the final piece is delivered.NSFW
NSFW pieces will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18, without exception.
Every NSFW piece will have an extra cost of $50 USD. NSFW pieces can be used in my portfolio.
If the client does not agree with this for privacy reasons, his character will be replaced by one of my own characters, so it can be uploaded to the internet.
The artist is willing to draw any kind of fetish and it can all be discussed confidentially. If needed, the client can reach out to @nomueraspolilla, via a secret Telegram chat.
NSFW pieces must be discussed before fixing a price. Some kinds of fetishes may include extra costs. Quotations on the website are estimated.
Works that include pedophilia, zoophilia, cubs, or hate crimes will not, under any circumstance, be done.
